Creating new apprenticeships
The Ladder for Staffordshire is the leading multi-organisation champion for apprenticeships in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
Working with employers and training providers, we promote the apprenticeship brand while improving skills and employment opportunities across the region.
The Ladder for Staffordshire offers a collaborative, joined-up approach to improving skills and enrichment opportunities for all, particularly for the young and disadvantaged. We link up employers, training providers and candidates to give all the best chance of success in upskilling and employment.
We bring candidates and training providers together with employers
The Ladder for Staffordshire has found that companies that invest in an apprenticeship scheme often find that they are increasing productivity of their company whilst providing the skilled workers required for the future to keep business thriving.
