Launched in 2015, the Ladder for Staffordshire has helped thousands of people into work, got hundreds of employers engaged with apprenticeships and provided expert support for training providers, as well as schools and colleges.
Leading local publishers Midland News Association and Reach teamed up with training provider Performance Through People, along with leading public and private sector organisations, to deliver the campaign to secure new futures for people across the region.
