Creating an Apprenticeship Service account
To manage apprenticeships, recruit apprentices, and claim funding, employers are required to create an Apprenticeship Service account.
Creating an account is simple and the process will take approximately 10 minutes.
Follow the steps below to register your account:
Visit the gov.uk site: https://accounts.manage-apprenticeships.service.gov.uk/service/index
Complete company details including PAYE schemes
Accept the employer agreement on behalf of your organisation
You may also need a Government Gateway login for your organisation, or your accounts office reference number (AORN), and employer PAYE scheme reference number.
