To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, Staffordshire University are hosting an Apprenticeship Fair to showcase and promote regional apprenticeship offers and the progression opportunities from Level 2 to Level 7.
Visitors will be able to talk to university staff to find out more about apprenticeships on offer and also speak to employers about opportunities and current vacancies.

Staffordshire University say: “At Staffordshire University, we are powering the future of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, the work-based route to higher education which offers on-the-job training alongside a qualification, opening doors to a range of careers opportunities for the apprentice and helping employers to develop their workforce and shape the future of their business.
“An apprenticeship is a job with training to industry standards. Any apprenticeship should be in a recognised occupation and involve a substantial programme of on and off-the-job training.
“At the end of the apprenticeship, the apprentice’s occupational competence, covering knowledge skills and behaviours will be tested by an independent, end point assessment.
“We partner with employers and industry to continually work toward introducing new apprenticeships to our portfolio.”
