The Bootcamps are designed collaboratively with industry to ensure training meets real employer needs and leads directly to job opportunities, career progression, and improved productivity.

Rob Colbourne, Chief Executive of Performance Through People, said: “We are delighted to have been selected to deliver the Skills Bootcamp programme in Staffordshire.

“This contract enables us to continue our long-standing mission of supporting people into sustainable employment while helping businesses access the skilled talent they need to grow.

PTP’s established relationships with employers across logistics, health & social care, early years, green energy, engineering, advanced, manufacturing, management and professional services will play a key role in maximising the impact of the contract.

Employers can benefit not only from newly trained candidates but also from opportunities to upskill existing staff through funded training options.
