The Growth Through People campaign aims to help local firms boost productivity through improved leadership and people management skills.
Delivered by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce with a range of partners, it includes free training sessions, workshops, webinars and events alongside research and thought leadership content, and since 2020, the campaign has concluded each year with an in-person conference.
On March 21, an event called Harnessing Personal Resilience in Challenging Times is being held in Birmingham on 21st March.
Organisers say: “The events of recent years – including the Covid-19 pandemic, the ongoing energy crisis and an anticipated recession – have had significant implications for our personal resilience. Many have struggled with loss, personal setbacks and mental health challenges amid these challenging times.
“The resilience of individuals across your business has a knock on effect on the resilience of the organisation as a whole, and the ability of the business to effectively deal with potential future disruptions or uncertainty.
“The wellbeing and resilience of individuals across your business is more important than ever. This event will share practical advice on how individuals, managers and leaders, can effectively take care of our own wellbeing and support the wellbeing of our workforces to harness resilience in challenging times.
